Chief Executive Officer
Rich Matta currently serves as CEO at ReputationDefender, responsible for product direction and development, sales and marketing.
Rich came to ReputationDefender from Support.com, a leading provider of cloud software and services for technology support, where he was a key member of the early founding team that grew the company to a $100M run rate by 2013. Most recently, Rich launched and led Support.com’s SaaS platform business and served as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Prior to running the SaaS business, Rich led product development as Vice President of Engineering.
Previously, Rich held multiple leadership and executive roles in product management and engineering at SupportSoft, culminating in the sale of the business to Consona Corporation (now part of Aptean) in 2009. After earning his degree in Economics with high honors from Pomona College, Rich spent a number of years with Deloitte Consulting, where he managed and delivered a series of technology projects in the US and Europe.
Managing Director, EMEA
Tony McChrystal currently serves as the Managing Director of ReputationDefender EMEA.
Tony was a member of the original UK management team in 2011. In what has been an exciting growth period for the company, he has successfully managed the EMEA team – and contributed extensively to the success of the EMEA business – by identifying new products to develop and markets for ReputationDefender to enter across Europe.
He regularly consults with high-profile individuals, executives, public figures, organisations and businesses.
In addition to reputation management, Tony is trained in traditional PR and crisis management and has vast experience of immediate strategic solutions using unique and innovative approaches.
Operations Director, EMEA
Tom Powell currently serves as the Operations Director for ReputationDefender EMEA.
Tom has over 10 years professional experience in the digital marketing industry and formed part of the UK company’s original management team back in 2011.
He has evolved the company operationally through extensive practical research, original innovative strategies and the fine-tuning of product delivery, combined to ensure maximum achievement for client campaigns and customer success.
